Lisbon, PORTUGAL: Former President of the Republic of Poland and the Nobel Prize Laureate Lech Walesa delivers a speech during the fifth Informal High-Level NATO-Ukraine Consultations with participation of Defence Ministers and other senior officials from Ukraine and NATO countries at the hotel Penha longa in Sintra, 20 km west from Lisbon, 05 October 2006.
